POLL: Who was Arsenal's Man of the Match against Wigan?
Arsene Wenger's young Guns again showed their confidence and class last night when they swept aside Premier League opposition Wigan 3-0 at the Emirates.
In truth, the scoreline could have been much greater had Chris Kirkland not been in such excellent form, although the save of the night had to go to Lukasz Fabianski, whose Pole in the Goal nickname could quickly become Polecat, if he maintains that sort of form.
But the biggest plaudits, in today's newspapers, again went to Jack Wilshere, although fellow Englishman Jay Simpson also grabbed a few headlines with his brace, while Carlos Vela scored with another sublime chip to show why Wenger believes he will be one of the best in the world.
I'll keep this short to allow you lot to get voting, but I don't envy your task because the youngsters, to a man, had great games last night, so if you want to highlight any particular performance, use our comments section. Otherwise choose your Man of the Match and click on Vote now.

I know the young gunners beat Wigan. some have eve been rated as world class. i'm worried that if the bubble Arsenal=Aw will be made to look like fools. We must have a sense of proportion. The odds they will fulfill their potential sre good but here is no guarantee.
Next stop AV. Oneill is one whoe does not like to lose . For that matter no one likes to lose. I beleive he could have a defensive lineup to stifle the gunners and playon the counter. AW has encountered a number of teams playing this way.if Arsenal can get three points more severe test s lie ahead.
Perform creditably and then we can really say the gunners have turned the corner. I for one will adopt a wait and see attitude.
