POLL: Who was Arsenal's Man Of The Match against Liverpool?

Arsenal's young guns, with a smattering of not so young guns, did us proud last night with one of the most entertaining games so far of the season and three great goals to warm the heart of any football fan.

With both defences looking a bit shaky and both teams playing some great flowing football, the Carling Cup clash was a joy to behold and the fact the Arsene Wenger's kids emerged as the winners to make it into the quarter finals for the fourth year in a row was a terrific bonus.

A bigger bonus was seeing Craig Eastmond for the first time and, from a personal point of view, getting to see Fran Merida - of whom I am a huge fan - actually living up to his potential for once.

And better still, the return of Samir Nasri - he looked as sharp as I have seen him in an Arsenal top last night and when he returns to full match fitness the prospect of a midfield containing Nasri, Rosicky, Fabregas and Arshavin is tantalising indeed.

However, it's late in the day and I'm extremely late with this post for reasons that can only be described as "work". So I'm keeping this short. Simply click on the 'read more' link below to access our Man of the Match poll and select your Top Gun from last night's victory.
