Play Fantasy Arsene Wenger - can Gunners tame the Wolves?

This could be a cracking weekend for us Gooners if everything goes according to plan.
The Ch*vs or M*nure will take points off each other and Liverpool could do themselves greater damage.
The Scousers have been a two-man team for a while now and with Steven Gerrard out, the pressure on Fernando Torres is even greater.
Can Rafa Benitez afford to rest him despite his injury with the pressure continuing to mount? I doubt it, which makes the chances of making the injury even worse far greater.
But the most important thing is taht we maintain good recent form and do what is expected of us and beat Wolves at their place.
We've not had huge problems there in recent years but we can't take anything for granted.
It's so important we get a win to take us into the dreaded international break and hopefully welcome the return of Theo Walcott when normal service resumes.
I doubt there will be much change from Tuesday apart from Bacary Sagna coming into the defence.
I'd also like to see Eduardo given a chance again - he needs games to get sharp and fit and can't be happy with a bit-part role.
Seems like a lot of people saw a different Diaby performance to the one I witnessed on Wednesday.
Where class players such as Cesc, Arshavin, Rosicky and nasri know what they're going to do with the ball before it arrives, Diaby is ponderous and never energised enough to be a good long term option.
When Rosicky and Theo and Nasri and Eduardo are fully fit, will Wenger pick him just because he is the only non-midget in our midfield? I doubt it.
Should be an easy win - but we said that at West Ham and in the last 10 minutes, we fell apart.
Hopefully we won't make the same mistake at Molineux.

I think wenger should have a good team on against Wolves they are at home and might cause a few problems. I would rest Diaby & Van Persie and replace them with Ramsey & Eduardo, change Sagna for Eboue on the right back roll from the win against Az Almaar. If it still 0-0 at half time bring on Robin and he will score. I think we will win 3-1 against Wolves we are too strong of a team. Wolves aren't a bad team i think they will stay up.

I would agree with you. On the team. I cant see the point of resting players. They will not benefit from it, or more importantly we wont benefit from it.
The ones we wantrested will be playing full international programmes.

I would bring either rosicky or Nasri into midfield instead of Diaby. Keep Arsh, RVP and Eddie up top. It'll never happen - diaby will play 90 minutes even if his legs fall off before kick off. Diaby might be tall but he isn't a good enough footballer and he upsets our passing rhythm in the middle. knowing wenger, eboue could play up front as well.
Haha, To Colin on your team selection; maybe I'm mistaken, you're leaving out van Persie? I dont agree with that but otherwise I like your team, 'cept for Ramsey.

I think that some early subs in the second half will be in order. Hopefully Vela has the fitness to play so he and Ramsey and Rosicky can get a good 35/40 minute run out. 3-0 by half 5-1 for the game. Also, lets think about the players we have coming back fit and thank our lucky stars Wenger knows. Walcott, Nasri, Rosicky all back fit 15 games into the season. Basically we are going to have three quality players back with preseason energy... I think that this is really going to be our year Gunners.

I think Diaby should start because all our other players are short and we need the height, though i am one of his biggest critics. I am not too sure about Gibbs, he is too weak. If you look at the Alkmaar game in mid-week if he had been more stronger the goal wouldn't have scored against us. I think we should use Silvestre instead of Gibbs.
